Architecturally simple

One compiled binary and one PostgreSQL database — no message broker, cache server, object storage, media server or external processes. Runs on a single Linux host or as two containers.

Nothing leaves

Files stay on your disk, calls run peer-to-peer through an embedded relay, and the assistant can point at a local model. No cloud storage, no content delivery network, no telemetry.

Signed companion agents give screen capture, mouse and keyboard injection, and unattended saved connections for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android machines.

A consent prompt on the host, an un-hideable on-screen banner for the whole session, a local keyboard kill switch, and a maximum session duration with a warning.

One audit trail

Tenant scoping, administrator force-end, and an audit row per session recording both IP addresses and the number of input events.

LicenceTalkr is licensed per deployment or tenant, not per seat, with unlimited internal users, on-premise or hosted. The annual fee is based on your own turnover on a marginal schedule, starting at a €900 minimum with any yearly increase capped at 25%. Hosting, hardware and AI provider costs are your own; consultancy, setup, migration and training are quoted separately.
